John O. Kollie, Founder-Director
Mr. John O. Kollie is the Founder and Director of the Liberia Media for
Democratic Initiatives (LMDI). He is a Liberian journalist with more than 24 years of media experience. He has received more awards from his
passionate media related works than any other area of his professional
career.
John also works for Radio France International (RFI) as one of its senior
English correspondents in West Africa. He worked for the BBC World
Service Trust (WST) as one of a team of eight reporters from Liberia, Sierra Leone and Guinea covering the trial of former Liberian president Charles Taylor before the UN backed court for Sierra Leone in the Hague.
Tonia Gibson, Admin/Financial Manager

Mr. Tonia Gibson is the Finance Officer at LMDI. He has a Bachelorís degree in Business Administration with concentration in Accounting. He has extensive working experience with groups like the U.S. based DYNCORPS . He also worked with the Liberia Media Initiative for Peace, Democracy and Development ( LMI) as Administrator
Anita Gubi

Ms. Anita Gubi is Acct. Clerk of LMDI. She has worked with the Helping Hand Inc in Ganta, Nimba County as Accountant from 2008-2010. Ms. Gubi also worked at the Liberia Media Initiative for Peace, Democracy and Development ( LMI) as Acct. Clerk from September 2010-January 2012.
Joseph K. Brown
Mr. Brown joined the LMDI family in August 2017 as special aid to LMDI's Director John Koliie. As a talented young man, Mr. Brown often sit in as account Clerk during his spare time at the institurion. He holds a Bachelors degree in Public Administration from the United Methodist University-UMU, Republic of Liberia. Mr. Brown is single and focused on one day building his own family.
Cindy Collins
Ms. Cindy Collins is an American social scientist, educator, and development consultant and is the Program Officer of LMDI. She has served as a consultant to UNOCHA, a trainer-of-trainers for UNDP, and a program design/ M&E trainer for the Peace Building and Development Institute at American University. .
Norah Perkins Reeves
Norah Perkins Reeves is the Receptionist of LMDI. In 2009, Norah was part of the Student Vacation Job Program organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports. Norah served as receptionist at the Liberia Media Initiative ( LMI) from 2009-2011.
Tarnue Form/Technician
Mr. Tarnue T. Forkpah is the head of the Technical department at LMDI. He joined the institution in December 2016 up to present. He is a graduate of the Booker Washington Institute in Kakata Margibi County-Liberia with a diploma in electronics and minor in electricity.
